Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Coinvista. By creating an account, accessing coinvista.io, using Atlas, the terminal, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are provided in English only.

1. About Coinvista

Coinvista is a crypto market analytics and software platform operated via coinvista.io. The service includes an intelligence dashboard (Atlas), a read-only signal terminal, and related research tools. Coinvista provides data and indicators for research — it does not execute trades, connect wallets, route orders, or provide personalized investment advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coinvista, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Geographic restriction — Türkiye

Not available in Türkiye: Coinvista is not offered to persons who are resident in, located in, or ordinarily residing in Türkiye (Turkey). If you are a resident of Türkiye, you must not create an account, access the Service, or use Coinvista products. We do not solicit, market, or provide the Service in Türkiye.

By using the Service, you represent that you are not a resident of Türkiye and that you are not accessing the Service from Türkiye. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe this restriction is violated.

4. Eligibility & not financial advice

Important: Coinvista provides market data and analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no content should be interpreted as a trade suggestion or recommendation. Digital asset markets are volatile; past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research.

Nothing on Coinvista constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset or other financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance.

Trading risk: Digital asset trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Coinvista is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, liquidations, or other financial harm arising from your use of the Service.

5. Accounts & security

Accounts are created through our authentication provider (email/password or supported OAuth providers). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Premium SaaS membership

6.1 Software subscription

Premium is a paid software-as-a-service (SaaS) membership that unlocks additional product features (for example Atlas modules and terminal capabilities) for a limited period. It is a subscription to software access — not a security, token, investment contract, or financial product.

6.2 Billing & refunds

Pricing and entitlements are shown at purchase. Premium purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Reselling or sharing credentials is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

7. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; circumvent access controls; or use Coinvista for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Coinvista branding, software, and content remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinvista and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise (and excluding Türkiye, where the Service is not offered).

11. Language

The Service and these Terms are provided in English. Translations, if any, are for convenience only; the English version controls.
