Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Coinvista ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use coinvista.io, Atlas, the terminal, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept this Policy and our Terms of Service. This Policy is provided in English only.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Account data

When you register or sign in, we receive account data from our authentication provider (Supabase), such as email address, user ID, and optional OAuth profile metadata. We use this to identify your account and manage membership status.

1.2 Membership data

We store premium entitlement on your profile (for example premium and premium_until) so we can grant and verify access to paid features.

1.3 Technical & usage data

Server logs (timestamps, request paths, error traces) and optional WebSocket session metadata may be retained for reliability, debugging, and security. We do not sell personal data for advertising.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, provide the Service, enforce Terms (including geographic restrictions), prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate service-related notices.

3. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and auth providers strictly as needed to operate the Service (for example Supabase). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and users.

4. Retention & security

We retain account and membership data while your account is active and as needed for legal and security purposes. We apply industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

5. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support@coinvista.io, subject to legal retention requirements. You may close your account by contacting support.

6. International users

The Service is not offered to persons resident in Türkiye. Data may be processed in the regions where our providers operate. See our Terms for governing law (England and Wales).
